Lia has a background in administration and operations built through her fundamental involvement in the earliest stages of Shape, now Framna, and later Shape Games. She played a central role in establishing and sustaining the operational backbone as both companies grew from small founding teams into large, complex organizations.
Across these environments, she worked closely with founders and leadership while also staying deeply connected to day-to-day operations. Her experience spans everything from early stage structure and process building to supporting organizations as they grew to hundreds of employees.
Having grown alongside companies through their most formative years, Lia brings a rare sense for both structure and people.
