His career spans company formation, long term operational leadership, board work, and active ownership, with a consistent focus on durable businesses and disciplined growth.
A central part of his background is the development of Shape, which he co-founded and helped grow over more than a decade from an early stage digital agency into an international digital product organization. During this period, Christian worked closely with founders, leadership teams, and investors, gaining deep experience across strategy, execution, and organizational development.
